After performing concerts in Canada, the U.S., Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, co-producing a couple independent records, and releasing an album through a record label, Andrea Wellard is venturing out on her own.  Following the release of her last record "A Distant Welcome", Andrea shifted her focus to composing orchestral and film music.  This new direction brought an immense amount of inspiration and motivation to create and experiment with all kinds of virtual instruments and music sample libraries.  With an exposure to a range of sounds and a developing knowledge of music software, Andrea's passion for music production has grown.  She is currently putting the finishing touches on her own self-produced EP that's due in October 2024.  Stay tuned!
